1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Xebxoda's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Xebxoda provides professional auto service including engine tuning, chassis diagnostics, brake systems, performance upgrades, and transmission repair. All services are performed at our facility located at 9 Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur 50400, Malaysia.

3. Liability & Warranty

While we maintain high standards, Xebxoda is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of vehicles post-service or factors beyond our control. We provide service warranties as stated in individual service agreements.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for full refunds. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% service fee. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

6. Data & Privacy

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR principles. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Xebxoda's total liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Modifications

Xebxoda reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website.
